  5. Other Tax Documents – Self-employment income and expense records, rental properties – income and expense records, etc.;
  6. Childcare expense: Total amount paid for daycare services and the daycare provider’s tax identifying number, such as their Social Security number or business Employer Identification Number;
  7. Bank information – Proof of bank account routing and account numbers for direct deposit, such as a voided blank check;
  8. Prior year tax returns.
