We highly recommend that you have your income and expenses total for your business or rental property. If you don’t, we charge $50 per hour to total everything, in addition to your return preparation fee.
Yes, we provide you with a complete return, including schedules and credit forms.
Yes, we go over your returns with you and explain them to you and answer your questions.

No, we are prohibited from charging you a percentage of your refund as a fee.
One state return is included with your fee. We will prepare your other state returns. However, there will be an additional charge per state return. Contact us to discuss prices, as some state returns require more time to prepare.
No, we do not offer any advance of your refund.
No, the base fee covers current year federal and one state return. If you have multiple state returns, you will be charged per state.
If you forget to provide information or forms to us for the current year’s return that has been submitted and accepted by the IRS, you will be charged for the amendment.
If we make an error on your return, you will not be charged.
For preparation of your amended returns prepared elsewhere, you will be charged.
Keep your returns, employment forms, and any other records used to prepare returns for five years from the return’s due date. The IRS can audit you three years from the due date. AZ can audit you for four years from the due date.
If the IRS suspects fraud was committed, there is no statute of limitation.
Refunds should come to you directly, either through the mail or direct deposit. We recommend direct deposit, as it’s the fastest and safest way to get your refund.
